Most homes are cleared in one day. Larger or very full houses can take two or three.
Do I need to be there?+
No. Many customers give us a lockbox code or meet us at the start. We'll send photos when we're done.
Will you go through things before you haul them?+
If you want us to, yes. Tell us what to look for, like papers, photos or jewelry, and we'll set it aside instead of hauling it.
What happens to everything you take?+
Usable items go to local charities, metal and electronics are recycled, and only the true trash goes to the transfer station.
Do you clean after the cleanout?+
We sweep out and leave the house broom-clean. If you need a deep clean, we can point you to a cleaning crew.
